Harefields Know how important
your Wedding Day is. You can book your Bridal car with
confidence, knowing that every detail relating to your
wedding transportation will be attended to including
checking the route prior to the Wedding. Our cars have been
carefully selected to ensure easy access, even with the
fullest of dresses.
The Bridal
Car Includes
Uniformed
Chauffeur.
Journey to the church for the Bridesmaids etc.
A further journey to the church for the Bride.
Final journey for the Bride & Groom to reception.
Floral display.
White & ivory ribbons & bows.
Time for photographs with the car.
Unless the church or venue is local to the pick up address
two cars will almost certainly be required. In addition,
the second vehicle can then be used to transport the Groom
& Best Man to the church & then the Bridesmaids,
Best Man & perhaps the Bride & Grooms parents to
the reception.
Civil Ceremonies /
Partnerships
If the wedding
& reception are at the same venue the car usually waits
for the photographs with the Bride & Groom or partners
following the wedding ceremony & then takes them for a
short drive before returning to the venue. The drive is a
popular option being the only time during the days
proceedings that the happy couple will have time together
& gives them an opportunity to relax & reflect on
the days events so far.
Which Cars to Book
Any of our cars
can be booked for a wedding & viewing prior to booking
can be arranged by appointment. The cars we have are a 1930
Style Jaguar Royal and a 1935 Austin York.
When to Book Your Cars
To ensure a good
choice of cars booking at least one year prior to the
wedding is recommended. Remember that you can never book to
early, but you can leave it too late!
A £100 deposit will reserve the car, which can be paid by
cheque, credit or debit card. All bookings are confirmed in
writing & the balance is payable 30 days prior to the

A Champagne Toast
As the Bride
& Groom prepare to leave the church or venue the
chauffeur can serve a glass of fine chilled Champagne. Not
only is this an ideal photo opportunity, but the Bride
& Groom can enjoy their drink & reflect on the day
so far as they are transported in style to their reception.
After the Reception
We can provide a
further journey for the Bride & Groom or partners to a
hotel or airport for the honeymoon getaway following the
reception. Please ask for an all inclusive price when
booking.
